Business Service Skills
Students will learn all the skills
necessary for working in a
technology-oriented environment
Students will be introduced to:
• Office technology and the basics in word processing, multimedia presentations, spreadsheet and database software,
and learn to use scanners, copy and fax machines.
• Business document formatting, business math, filing
techniques, mailroom skills, presentation skills, telephone
usage and etiquette.
Students will learn to:
• Work with teammates to apply office technology skills to form
a mock business.
• Select type of product to market, select a business name,
create a company logo, and organize a marketing campaign.
• Produce custom letterhead, business cards, flyers, brochures
• Storyboard to create a commercial and trailer.
• Create a object based website for mock business.
