Benefits of new scheme
 The new pathway allows easier access onto the CI2
course.
 To become a 4* Leader you now do 7 courses instead of
8 or 9.
 The new scheme allows a participant to predominantly
stay within a chosen discipline.
 The pathway past (CI1) negates the need to obtain a
second 3* award.
 Logistically it’s easier for both the individual and JSMTC.
 Possibly a better CI2!
