JUN 2006 : Reviewed/modified the Spectrum Certification Application for the integrated Network Enhanced Telemetry (iNET) System.
JUN 2006 : OUSD/NII “Statement of Sustainable Ranges Overarching Integrated Product Team” for Support of WRC 2007 Agenda Item 1.5
JUL 2006 : Mr. Tim Chalfant briefed “Telemetry Outreach: Working Together” and hosted an ICTS booth at the 2006 USPACOM Frequency Management Conference in Honolulu HI.
AUG 2006 : Briefed the ICTS/WRC07 Agenda Item 1.5 at the Test & Resource Management Center T&E Annual Review in Annapolis MD.
Matrix : updated the Australia data; requested data from China and South Africa. Also aided Mr. L. Jager (ATE-Aerospace) in getting ATM in SA.

DEC 2003 - APR 2004 : RCC-FMG Tasking #33. Completed Range Data Collection Templates forwarded to SCRWG, DoD’s National-Level Frequency Management Offices & NTIA.

OCT 2005 : 12 Federal Agencies with 2817 assignments claiming $939,017,433.00

, with the Ranges claiming $35,342,300.00

OMB distributes funds to Services, then to Program Offices/Ranges.

Funds will be distributed lump sum or in increments as needed.
* Ranges provide periodic progress reports to Service Reps detailing how $$s are spent/relocation timelines on a system-by-system basis beginning one year after the transfer of funds to the Ranges.
* Any amounts transferred to Services that are in excess of actual relocation costs shall be returned to the SRF.
