Future development
• Extending the number of snow observation locations in other
mountain massifs
• Information based on observations made by the mountain rescue
teams, in places were there are no meteorological stations
• Displaying the nivo-meteorological bulletins in the starting points to
the risk areas
• Proper marking of the risk areas
• Proper legislation about avalanches accidents prevention
• Increasing the educational actions concerning the specific
mountaneous conditions and risks, as well as the sportif and
recreational activities in the mountain areas, through:
• presentations on the specific sites (touristique, alpine, climbers, etc)
• presentations in schools, high-schools and touristique clubs
• mass-media
