Key Attributes
Objective of a reclassification table is to assign a new attribute
class value to the unique (combinations of) values of other
attributes
that define the class of interest.
Unique values of TDN_CODE and OMSCHRIJVI
are assigned new suitability weight factors in a new attribute.
