District Parent Night
Resource Review
(Everyday Math)
During the 2010-11 school year, the Elementary Math
Committee was charged with evaluating the current
math resource (EM) to determine if it was aligned to
the new Common Core Learning Standards.
After a thorough review, the committee unanimously
found significant discrepancies and requested a
review of alternative resources.

teachers, and administrators was charged to review
new math resources that were aligned to the
Common Core Learning Standards.
