General Administrative Notes

• To facilitate access to Patrick AFB, all Research Symposium and 40 th Anniversary attendees are encouraged to use the Patrick AFB main gate on State Road A1A only when traveling to and from the base. Attendees should not use the gate on South Patrick Drive.

• People are reminded that while on a military installation, seatbelt use is mandatory and cell phones are prohibited from being used without a Hands Free Devise (better still is not to use while driving).

• Individuals who do not have access to military installations must provide the following information: Full Name (First, Middle, Last), Date of Birth, and Driver’s License Number. Please call (321)494-2911/5874 or DSN 854-2911/5874 • Due to base operations tempo, all personnel are advised to arrive at the base main gate prior to 0830 on 8 December 2011.
