Carnival 2014
Saturday, May 31, 2014
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Our Purpose
for having a
Carnival
The primary purpose of the Carnival is to raise money through the cooperative
efforts of staff, pupils' and our parents' organization along with our community
merchants/partners to support our school in building a strong and sustainable school
of the ARTS. Supporting our school’s Main Focus of a comprehensive program of
rigorous academics infused with the arts, offering instruction in dance, theatre, vocal
music, visual art, band and orchestra...
Every year the funds raised at the Carnivals will
help our school to provide extra quality
resources for Arts education that will produce
stronger Academic programs for ALL of our
children.
2013
At our First Annual Carnival held in 2013, we
raised $3,000 after all Carnival Expenditures were
paid.
These funds have been held in an account marked
Carnival to allow us an opportunity to launch our
2014 Carnival and build our cash reserve so that in
the Fall of 2014 we can begin to have access to these
funds to support Arts resources and build stronger
Academic programs here at the
Folwell Performing Arts Magnet.
