At any time during the year, AIESEC in Mozambique performs Professionals Program Exchanges
lasting between 3 to 12 months, where the company has access to a pool of high-potential
trainees providing HR solutions for short and long-term.

Adherence fee: 800 USD
To cover the costs of search, contact, pre-selection of candidates and use the international
system of online searches.
Monthly Administrative Fee: 100 USD
To cover costs of monitoring, support and cultural integration of the trainee.
Allowance per month: Minimum800 USD
To cover costs of accommodation, food, transportation and other elements.
* Values ​per exchange participant
** Values with VAT exempt because AIESEC is registered in the Government Gazette as a nonfor-profit organization.
