What is Engineers Without Borders?
• Student driven service organization- promotes sustainable
engineering projects in developing communities.
• We are active internationally (Mexico, Costa Rica), and locally in the
Bryan/College Station area

• THE FOCUS:
• Allow EWB-TAMU to do more, and to do everything better
• Improve and build on the reasons that EWB is the best organization
on campus
• Give our members the best experience possible

• We are trying to improve, but we will only succeed if we:
• Have clearly defined goals and expectations
• Understand where we have been, and have learned from (and
documented) our experiential knowledge (by far one of our most
valuable assets)
• We will be making a plan of how we will go about making EWB-TAMU
the best it can be

1. EWB Mentor Program - What is it?
• Opportunity for upperclassmen to mentor younger students
• Way to transfer knowledge/tips on college life, engineering classes, EWB, etc
• Chance to make new friends!
