Turnkey: Our aim is to provide a complete Installation service as a solution for our clients to ensure a smooth installation. This is a unique service that we provide, and sets us apart from most of our competitors and gives us a competitive edge at enquiry. Remember you only deal with CREST for every service.

Bespoke: We have the design package for Interiors, and Mechanical & Electrical services available to us through 40 years of experience working in the industry. Preliminary Design drawings, specifications, budget proposals can be provided at the initial stages of concept and developed into a full blown working package through to completion.

Branded Products: We have a reputation for providing a very high standard of workmanship, supported by using only the best products and systems available to us and also at a competitive price. We will provide you with the most cost effective and efficient solution to your needs, indeed you have a unique package.

Interior Works: Interiors include, but this is not an exhaustive list: Bespoke furniture, raised flooring, carpets, Altro flooring, White rock protective walling systems, partitioning systems, glazing, suspended ceilings, decorations, manifestation, Mechanical & Electrical services as well as specialists including security and fire alarms and Air Conditioning. Works often evolve around a busy working office which is a challenge we rise to. Managing the projects with local staff and office managers is done with the least amount of inconvenience to your business and more often than not the client is left wondering how we achieved the completion of the project in such a busy office environment and with no complaints. Projects also involve unsociable hours of working to our operatives and they too recognize the need to support the client’s requirements

Full Compliancy: As part of the turn-key service, we will undertake all your, planning applications, building control and DDA requirements. Upon completion of all projects, all final approvals are received and all testing and certificating is verified with the client and included within the final handover package.

Health & Safety: Not to be forgotten and the most important part of any project, in today’s working culture. Our view on Health & Safety is priority to our operatives and the client’s staff. We have our own health and safety representatives, who carry out unbiased checks on our working practices and at the same time continuously, advise on new practices, rules and regulations.

CDM is also part of the same package and our Health & Safety advisers can provide full CDM facilities.

Projects: We are currently undertaking major refurbishment works to offices and meeting rooms at the National Archive in Kew South West London, Office refurbishment for the London Metropolitan University in London as well as Kitchen refurbs for the of Creative Arts at Farnham to mention a few. University We have also undertaken projects in recently for clients such as, NBC News in Moscow refurbishment at , Nokia the installation of a state of the art international Audio Visual meeting rooms at Farnborough, Office Microsoft Reading , and a major refurbishment at the Police training centre for Centrex at Ryton were we refurbished a 70 bed accommodation block into a interview training complex. All the works required a very high standard of workmanship and specification for clientele who demand the very highest of installations.
