The temperature downloads must be delivered to the port office, by the Shipping Line, at least 6 working day hours before ETD.

Shipping Lines must make sure the temperature downloads are within the Protocol before they present it to PPECB.

Downloads can not be mail to PPECB.

The exporter and or agent must collect and sign for their documents at the relevant PPECB port office.
