. One vanilla One baking powder One cup sugar One cup flour Four eggs One packet of butter Four apples One packet tea biscuits

• • • 1-In a rectangular baking dish, Melt butter and arrange the biscuits on the bottom.

2- Put on top of thin slices of sliced apples.

3- Stir eggs with a mixer alternately with sugar, flour and baking powder and vanilla.

4-Pour the mixture evenly over the apples and bake about 40 minutes.

5-Once cool, if desired, sprinkle with

powdered sugar and cut a pieces.
