(1) for you to receive feedback on how you did this year and how you can continue to grow (2) for the evaluator to determine a rating on your performance that determines your educator plan and/or staffing for next year What is your role? Step 3: Using the rubric, determine a rating on the educator’s attainment of goal. Provide a rationale for your rating. 5 What will your summative rating mean for next year?
