AGENCY DIRECT BILLING
How will your rental be billed?
• An unique direct billing number called the “Applicant
Number” has been created for each agency
• An advanced reservation using the Applicant Number
will allow you to rent without providing a form of
payment at time of pick up
• State Employee ID and Drivers license will always be
required to pick up your rental
• A monthly invoice will be delivered to the agency,
with a summary of all transactions during the billing
period and a detail page for each individual rental

ONE WAY RENTALS
Drop fees waived in Georgia
• One-Way Charges will not apply to rentals picked up
and dropped off within the state of Georgia (excludes
Airport)
• A mileage fee of $0.25/mile will apply to Airport rentals
and rentals picked up or dropped off outside Georgia

REFUELING YOUR RENTAL
Renters must attempt to replace any fuel used during the rental
period before returning the vehicle
• Each vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of gas when it is picked
up from Airport and In-State car rental
• Your agency will be notified of fuel usage other than for official state
business

Hertz will offer a discount to employees for
personal/leisure travel
• Renters 21-24 years old, a daily surcharge will apply
• LDW/CDW, Liability Insurance, Vehicle Licensing Fees not included
for personal travel
