Research funding challenge to enable
key research for climate services?
• Attract stakeholders (public, private, community) to
co-design research question and to co-produce
scientific information relevant for users
• Provide arena of dialogue at national, regional and
international level between users and scientists
• Identify common time and space scales of interest
• Reckon inter- and trans-disciplinary in scientific
evaluation and carrier
• Need specific research funding tools or programs to
promote these issues
