Is it a genuine live role? • Who is the hiring organisation. Has the agency placed there before? Are they on the Preferred Supplier List? What is the selection process? Have they asked for references…why? • Contract roles…agency takes references. Perm role…hiring organisation takes references • Using your references just to find new clients? Rate? • Have they told you not to discuss rates during interview? Why? Lack of transparency? What is the agency fee?
