EMBRAER acknowledges that the Embraer 170/175 are performing below expectations. However:
•
WW Fleet Schedule Reliability has been improving continuously.
•
Completion Rate is already high, on par with industry standards.
•
The solutions already provided have been effective, quick and with reduced impact to airline’s operation.
•
Solution packages already being developed by EMBRAER will be available in the coming months, increasing Schedule Reliability to required levels.
•
Spare Parts availability issues are identified and being corrected.
