THE EXPERIENCE
1972 -
The Production of Technological Devices Factory „POLMO” in Wolbrom
together with 3 other factories connected creating the Enterprise of the Designing
and Deliveries of the Technological Transport and the Storage „TECHMATRANS”.
1989 -
„TECHMATRANS” in Radom with FATA Automation in Turin incorporeted
„TEFA” Ltd.. Machinery and equipment from the Factory in Wolbrom carried in the
apport to the new company.
1991 - „TEFA” decided to sell Factory in Wolbrom. The staff and the top menagement
decided go into a partnership under the name: Mechanical Forging Factory
„WOSTAL” Ltd.
1992 1997 -
MFF „WOSTAL” Ltd. begins the operating activity.
The company bought on hire purchase from the Commune Wolbrom ground
together with buildings.
2014 -
WOLBROM SA Conveyor Belts Factory bought a majority shareholding of
Mechanical Forging Factory „WOSTAL” Ltd.
There are 3 production departments in MFF „WOSTAL” in Wolbrom
with very convenient location.

We produce machine and building construction. Our
stock of machinery lets on productions of various
devices and constructions about the maximum mass
of the element 4,5 t. The company is a significant
producer of elements the route line to the transport
of people and devices in the underground mining and
belt elevators, helical conveyors, bucket conveyors
and push plate conveyors.
Our machine constructions find also a wide use on
foreign markets on which we deliver machine
constructions of lifting equipment.
We are producing steel forgings up to 12 kg and dimensions
max 350mm x 250mm or Ø 250mm (row and treated) as well
as finished products on their base.
Grades of steel we use to produce forgings:
• constructional carbon steels of common quality;
• constructional carbon steels of higher quality;
• alloy steels for quenching and tempering;
• higher strength low alloy steels.
We are also designing and producing complete forgings
equipment for forging shops. Our forgings find a wide use
both on the home market as and to foreign in different
branches of industry e.g. a mining, the agriculture, the
motorization.
We produce slings for mounting and guy ropes for
stabilizing overhead tracks with rope- and its own
drive. We are in possession of full set of
attestation and our products are protected
patents.
Our slings are adapted for arched sections in
lining galleries type V size from V21 to V44 and
KS/KO021.
Moreover we produce components of mining devices such as locks Ø 14, locks Ø 18,
quick-junctions and others. Our firm is very well perceived on the coalmining market.
Our products are used on the home market as well as the market German, Ukrainian,
Russian, of Croatian and even Vietnamese.

implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000
We have Qualification Certificate of Polish Welding Centre
of Excellence in Gliwice which authorises our factory to
Manufacture welded structures in 1,2 and 3 class specified
in PN-87/M-69008 . We also have Qualification Certificate
of Research Institute SLV w Halle which authorised us to
welded structures according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2.
We are in possession of full set of attestation by Institute
of Mining Technology KOMAG in Gliwice and admittance
documents of the Higher Mining Office in Katowice regarding
use of our products in mining .
