Juvenile Justice Delinquency
Prevention Act
• Enhance the partnership between states and the
federal OJJDP by expanding training, technical
assistance, research and evaluation
• Expand juvenile crime prevention efforts by
reauthorizing and increasing funding for Title II,
Title V and JABG
• Safeguard vulnerable and high risk youth who
are in need of mental health and substance
abuse services
