AC Outcome
Offer
•Successful candidates from the assessment centre process are offer a
position within JLR
•Rejected candidates receive an email to be informed and they can also ask for
feedback on the decision that is provided by the managers who assessed the
candidates-Timeframe is not predicted
•On Hold candidates are contacted on the outcome and are sent “keep warm”
emails
•The successful candidates are contacted once the paper work is ready to be
explained the offer
•The communication is regular and the candidates are in touch with the
Recruitment Consultant for any questions
•For those offered relocation (Danielle will go through it later) the CARTUS
consultant is in touch with the candidates from day one until they are hired
Under Offer
• The offered candidates have 3 weeks to decide on the package and come back to the
Consultant. The communication is regular (week 1-2-3) for updates in case the candidates
does not come back to us
• In that stage, to help our candidates decide, we can arrange calls with the manager in
order to provide an understanding of the role as well as department and the team
• If after the end of the 3rd week, we have no communication, we have to assume that the
offer is declined
Contract back to us
•Once the offer is back to us, we set the candidate up in the system and we
share an email with the details the candidates need to know on their first day
(onboarding)
•Onboarding session takes place on the candidates’ first day and it is an
introduction to the company. It follows up with a Meet and Greet by the
manager and the first meeting with the team
