What makes a sentence?
You need three things to make
a sentence.
 1. Subject
 2. Verb
 3. A complete thought


Part three: Identify the sentence for the whole
paragraph.
Ignacio bought a couple of ice
cream cones for his family.
His wife liked banana pecan,
but his two daughters liked
mango. Since he only had
enough money for three ice
cream cones, he was left
without a cone. Each
daughter and his wife offered
Ignacio a taste of their ice
cream cones, and this made
Ignacio happy because he
felt their love for him.
