important to stay healthy.
There are 5 basic types food a person should eat.

iron and several
B vitamins
fats/sugar

energy

salt. It hurts our

Conclusion:




We can eat McDonald’s without damaging our
health once a year.
All meals are important.
Snacking is not good for health.
Balance is the key factor in a healthy food.
