Research plan: To know what basic types of food a person should eat. To know why these products are good for us . To interview students . The results of interview and its analysis. What should we eat… To draw a conclusion. Eating the proper food is important to stay healthy. There are 5 basic types food a person should eat. meat provides our body by protein dairy provides our teeth and bones by calcium fruits/vegetables provides by vitamins A and C bread/cereal provides our body by protein, iron and several B vitamins fats/sugar gives energy to our body MEALS FOOD FAVOURITE FOOD BREAKFAST cereal with milk; sandwiches with cheese, ham and butter; tea with the lemon DINNER vitamin salads from vegetables; borsch with meat ; dishes from potato with vegetables, meat; natural juices SUPPER dishes from potato with vegetables, meat, fish dishes pizza, cakes , sweets, chocolates, cheeps, bubblegum, Cola, Fanta, Sprite. Eat or not to eat Why? Chips There is much Coca-Cola stomach, fat and destroys Ca in our our salt. It hurts our teeth blood system is bad for kidney Bubblegum hurts our sugar is bad for teeth. FOOD GUIDE PYRAMID 10% 40% 50% Conclusion: We can eat McDonald’s without damaging our health once a year. All meals are important. Snacking is not good for health. Balance is the key factor in a healthy food.
