Challenges faced and solved during
the accreditation process
For the institution and faculty:
- Overload of Accreditation committee members to write
the self-study
(research, training process and data collection,
discussions and so on)
- Some misunderstanding in translation of the standards
(the faculty interpreted points differently).
- Limited participation of all faculty in accreditation
workshops
(Difficulty in asking for leave of absence from
teaching for relatively many faculty)
Challenges faced and solved during
the accreditation process
Other Relevant Issues:
-
Slight difference in assessment system to compare with
other universities
-
Ineffective approaches to assess the PLOs and CLOs
-
Insufficient attention on PLO & CLO feedback
-
All documents were in Mongolian Language
-
Fewer channels to disseminate an information to the public
pertaining to student performance and achievement.
