FOR HABITUAL (OR CIRCUIT) USERS – SUGGEST
FINANCIAL COUNSELING
ESTABLISH PROCEDURES TO HANDLE EMERGENCY
CASES (Time Sensitive Needs Between Meetings)
CSO Certification and Training Helping Veterans file
claims for benefits/compensation ULTIMATELY leads
to improved WELFARE for Veterans and their families.
