HMIS Participation
• As in previous years, each agency will need
to indicate on the LOI whether or not your
program participates in HMIS, and if not,
specify a reason.
• This webinar is intended for HMIS
participating agencies

The following reports will need to be run and
attached for each program:

Report: Universal Data Elements
The data quality requirement for Orange
County for all Universal Data Elements is:
• 70% of SSN and Last Known Permanent
Address must be collected and entered
• 100% of all other data elements must be
collected and entered

Report: Data Timeliness
HUD requires timely data entry for program entry,
program exit, and services
Currently, the standard in Orange County is within
two weeks, but we will be moving to one week in
the future.
