Arms was founded in 1990
by Gary Poole in Carrollton Georgia.
 Traditional MAC Design with technical
improvements by Gary.
 Company transferred ownership to Phil
Cashin and Jimmy Payne in August 2008.
 Moved Primary Assembly Operations to
15,000 SQ FT Building in Braselton
Georgia in August 2008.
 In
February 2010, introduced MPA22T &
MPA22SST, the worlds first Mac Type
Firearms designed to fire 22LR Ammo.
 Consolidated Manufacturing & Assembly
into our own 35,000 square foot facility in
Comer Georgia outside of Athens in April.
 Moved Warehousing, Shipping & Primary
offices to Carrollton Georgia in April.
 Introduced Protector Series Sub -compact
DOA MPA32 & MPA380 in the fall of 2010.
 Superior
Design and Construction
 Both the Upper Slide & the Lower Frame are
machined from Solid Steel Billets.
 Except for the Plastic Grip, no Polymers or
Castings of any type are used in the
construction of our Protector Series.
 Our firearms have a Very Classy look and
design and are comfortable to hold and safer
to fire due to the Handle & Grip design.













