 Operation is based on a break-even financial model. If additional funds are generated, they will
be turned over to the EANGUS Conference fund

Buses and baggage trucks will be running on a schedule to
ensure all passengers and cargo get to their designated hotel.
Bags will be marked for delivery to their respective hotel.
Covered baggage trucks will also be available as a backup for
inclement weather
General Officers arriving via Mil Air will be provided
transportation to the hotel via a marked staff car. Please
coordinate 0-7 and above arrivals accordingly with EANGUS
Protocol.

Entertainment from 1800-2100 to include the world famous Anheuser
Busch Clydesdales, B2 Flyovers, Band of the Central States and
much, much more.
