air quickly, efficiently, and safely with
minimal Air Mobility Command assistance

managers and the using agencies to
optimize airlift planning and utilization.
Get the most out of each aircraft.

keep assigned personnel involved
Affiliated Units must develop a local program to
identify and track the availability and proficiency of
trained personnel
Affiliated Units must coordinate and request training
with the 452nd ALCF.
