15" monitor that is capable of 1024x768 resolution
– Not required for running inside of a Windows®-based
oscilloscope
– But it is recommended so that the user can view both the scope
application and M1™ at the same time.
One free PCI or PCMCIA slot for the GPIB card
– NOT the last slot on the motherboard
– Not applicable if running inside a Windows®-based scope
– Only needed if you want to capture live waveforms from scopes

Get Ready!
• If you are planning to capture live data
waveforms from one of your scopes via a
USB or GPIB connection
– Make sure that the GPIB card is installed in
your PC and make sure the driver software is
working
– Connect the communication cable
– Make sure the connection settings on the
scope are set up properly
