We are currently developing an exciting new
seamless integration with various Document
Imaging Systems. OpenOne users will be able to
access documents with a mouse click. Users will
see a documents node on several interfaces within
the applications that will list the available
documents based on the configured indexing
scheme of the Document Management System.

Based on the capabilities of the Document
Management system we can implement the ability
to directly scan a document into the Document
System right from the OpenOne System and assign
all of the appropriate index values in the document
management system.

ATS has developed a data bridge access point to
compile a list of documents stored within the
document management system display them in the
OpenOne System seamlessly, without the user
having to leave the ATS Suite of applications.

For example, in our Member Browser, we have
created a new tab labeled Documents. This tab
displays all pertinent member documents.

Other areas of the application which we are working
on to deliver this feature are the Account Browser,
Service Browser, Service Order Browser, Accounts
Payable form, Employee Maintenance form,
Inventory Receipts form, and the Bank
Reconciliation form.

There is a finite number of documents which
currently may be scanned and displayed. As the
feature evolves, other documents will be added,
based on customer request.
