How Do I Apply?
CCHS Accelerated College Application Process
• Complete the Parent & Student Statement Forms
• Obtain recommendations from your current English teacher,
Math teacher, and Counselor
• Return complete application packet to your counselor or to
Mrs. Horn at CCHS
NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY MAY 15. All documents
must be included.
After acceptance to the program - Fall 2015
• Apply to Lone Star College
• Take TSI exam
Reminders
• Begin the application process early
• Give your teachers and counselor time to complete their
recommendations.
• Application deadline:
3:00 PM FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2015.
• Application should be submitted to your counselor at
Moorhead or delivered to Mrs. Horn at CCHS.
