Attention incoming 9th Grade Students:
 Freshmen students have two options for their first
science class: Physical Science or Accelerated
Biology.
Requirements:
 Fill out and turn in Accelerated Biology Application
 The student is enrolled in Geometry as a 9th grader.
 The student’s 8th grade MCA Math and Science tests are in
the top 20% at both the district and state levels.
 The number of seats are also limited based on the number
of sections of biology available.
 Students are committing to four (4) years of advanced
science.
