Wielka Brytania dzisiaj składa się z 4 krajów: Anglii, Walii, Szkocji i Irlandii Płn. Anglia obejmuje południowowschodnią część wyspy Wielkiej Brytanii. Od północy graniczy ze Szkocją, a od zachodu z Walią. Od kontynentalnej Europy oddzielona jest Kanałem La Manche . Walia położona w południowo-zachodniej części wyspy Wielka Brytania, na zachód od Anglii. Stolicą Walii jest Cardiff. Szkocja obejmuje północną część wyspy Wielkiej Brytanii .Na południu graniczy z Anglią. Stolicą Szkocji jest Edynburg. Szkocja posiada własny parlament oraz własne banknoty i monety. Irlandia Płn. Położona jest w północnej części wyspy Irlandia. Stolicą Irlandii Północnej jest Belfast. Na południu graniczy z niezależnym państwem Irlandią. Monarchia Wielkiej Brytanii Wielka Brytania jest monarchią parlamentarną . Stolicą państwa jest Londyn. Obecnym monarchą brytyjskim jest królowa Elżbieta II . Dzisiaj jej funkcje są głównie ceremonialne, a rzeczywiste rządy spoczywają w rękach premiera. The government of Great Britain Ustrój Wielkiej Brytanii to monarchia parlamentarna. Oznacza to, że mimo iż „szefem” jest królowa, to parlament rządzi krajem Queen Królowa reprezentuje naród. Mieszka w Buckingham Palace w Londynie. Jej wnuk Książę William obejmie po niej tron. Prime Minister Premier rządu mieszka na 10 Downing Street. Ale często pracuje też w Westminster Palace. Parliament Parlament decyduje o najważniejszych sprawach w Wielkiej Brytanii. London Eye – Is the giant observation wheel in the center of London Madame Tussauds – There are wax figures of actors, singers and other famous people from whole the world. Hyde Park - One of the most famous parks in the world. Hyde Park is a large green lung in the center of London. Warwick Castle Warwick Castle is a famous castle in England. It’s over 1,000 years old. It’s a very big castle with a lot of walls and towers. The castle’s history is very interesting with lots of battles ! Inside Warwick Castle, there are lots of different rooms. There are big kitchens and dining rooms. And there are bedrooms and living rooms for kings and queens. There’s a dungeon for the castle’s prisoners. Windsor castle It is a royal residence at Windsor, United Kingdom. It was built in 1070. Westminster palace Palace is situated in London, on the left bank of the Thames.
