RISE – Core Activities
• Build – acts a developer and a development consultant, utilizing a
proven strategy to catalyze the neighborhood revitalization process.
• Support – supports to local community development corporations
(CDCs) and the St. Louis community development sector as a whole
with capacity building and training programs.
• Inform – collects, maintains, analyzes and maps neighborhood
indicators and other data to measure the outcome of community
development efforts and makes data available to inform communitybased decision-making.
