Treasurer Update
• Catherine Covington is stepping down after serving as
treasurer since last year
• Mitzi Angly has agreed to assume the Treasurer duties
for the remaining year
• Mitzi is a CPA and Club Manager of Oakhill 4-H
• Thanks Catherine and welcome aboard Mitzi
Treasurer’s Report
• Starting balance of $11,890 and ending balance of $12,048
• October income:
– Membership dues: $2,415
– SOB sales: $1,050
• October expenses:
– LT FFA Chapter (students) sponsorship: $3100
– Annual liability insurance policy: $240

Pet Shot Clinic- November 21st 5:00-7:00. All
monies go toward scholarships for our kids.
We will need volunteers so watch for the blast
coming soon.
Spirit Wear Update
• Spirit Wear- will be here November 11th. If you DO
NOT want your items sent home with your child, you
must sign the sheet in the back with contact
information.
• We are wrapping up with sponsor shirts. We can not
order them until we have everyone sizes. DO NOT
LEAVE TONIGHT WITHOUT YOUR SIZE LISTED ON THE
FORM. If you are a sponsor, there is a sheet for you
as well.
