


This is the most important part of the plan, as it
gives a brief overview of what the business is
all about and what to achieve in the future.
This is the part that will make the reader more
interested on the entire documents
Therefore it must be drafted with courtesy, and
the total cost implications of the proposed
business should also be indicated in this
summary. (Highlights/ Start-up requirements)

 A clear statement of your company’s long-term
mission. Try to use words that will help direct the
growth of your company, but be as concise as
possible.
 Also indicates the short, medium and long term
objectives of the entity in business

 Describe the key fundamental of the business and
products/services offered.
 List CEO/Director and key management by name.
 List the Governing Values of the company on
which the members commit themselves upon.

 Start-up expenses must be tabulated including all
relevant materials, labour cost in advice before
profit margin picks up.
 Also it must includes start-up assets, start-up stock
to fund.
 Fixed assets must also be included as it may be

• Weakness- State the current challenges that may
