Oneonta is the largest town in Otsego county
with a population of fifteen thousand
Delaware county has only one college, SUNY
Delhi, a two year college. However, recently
some four-year programs have been
implemented
Delhi is the largest town in Delaware county, with
a population of only five thousand
Delaware and Otsego counties are next to each
other and Oneonta is near the border
