Establishing Children´s Mental Health Centres



Building up the infrastructure (new centre will be build in Tallinn part of the Tallinn´s Children Hospital. All developed centres are
based on current psychiatrical clinics)
Developing the concept of regional mental health centres
Training and preparing personnel for working in the centre




Developing new services – out reach and home treatment
Increasing capacity of inpatient and outpatient services
Establishing local outpatient counselling teams in smaller regions
Coordinating the network with specialists from other sectors to
promote mental health in these sectors and to ensure early
detection and proper case management of mental health
problems


Project Promoters send an interim report.
Programme Operator is checking content part and
Ministry of Finance is responsible for financial part of the
report.
Confirmation letter will be sent to the Project Promoter if
the report is accepted.
After the confirmation new advance payment will be
made to the Project Promoter.
