There are only five words which introduce
adjective clauses

RELATIVE
PRONOUNS

Whose
Adjective clause
A group of words consists of subject and verb which modifies
or describes noun AND preceeded by RELATIVE PRONOUNS
For instances:
I know Bagus. He is chief of my class.
I know Bagus who is chief of my class
Intan is sitting in the second row. He talked about her with you.
Intan whom he talked about with you is sitting in the second
row now.
Gilang is waiting for his friend. He borrows Lido’s book.
Gilang is waiting for his friend whose book he borrows
The Persian cat is mine. He is playing in the garden
Ther persian cat which is playing in the garden is mine
Exercises on adjective clause
1. I am working on my project. It is supposed to be finished in
June.
2. What has happened to the man? He looks awful.
3. Have you found your wallet? You lost it.
4. I met a woman. Her ambition was to become a governor.
5. I gave her necklace. I bought it in Paris.
6. The butcher has two sons. We bought some meat from him.
7. The girl is looking at the man. He is standing in front of her
8. He is my best friend. I have told you about him
9. That is john’s house. Its front door has a glass panel
10. The story is interesting. It is a legend
