We all love good interiors, but most importantly, we all need GOOD interiors.
Where we live is a very important aspect of our lives - what's the point of getting home
everyday after a hard days work only to "relax" in an environment that really isn't
relaxing?
They say, the primary needs of life are food, clothing and shelter...and while most of us have
got the food and clothing aspect covered (in excess), and are even up to date on the latest
dishes and fashion trends, a lot of us are still tremendously behind when it comes to the
aspect of good shelter and the need and importance of style and comfort when it comes to
interiors....
...and that's why Hazel's Interieurs is here today, to inspire visually and physically the need
for comfort and beauty in our homes, offices and even our surroundings!!!

About Us
HAZEL’S INTERIEURS ENT. (HI) is a fully specialized interior design company founded by a
professional interior designer who trained at “Maven School of Interior Design and
Decoration”, Ikeja – Lagos, Nigeria and later at “Regent Academy”, London – United Kingdom.
We have had several successful years in the interior design business and we deliver our goals
and that of our clients promptly and satisfactorily on all projects. We incorporate the use of
design psychology to suit the function and lifestyles of our clients which visually inspires and
enhances their wellbeing.
We recognize our responsibility to protect and enhance the environment in which we operate
and take pride in selective use of environmentally friendly products/materials eg. “Green
Lighting”. Also a due diligence in undertaking environmental impact assessment where
necessary is assured in support of our safety policy.

Safety Policy
HAZEL’S INTERIEURS ENT. (HI) operates the strictest safety standards in a systematic and visible
manner. Our focus is on safety, health and environment matters; we do not compromise in any way
in all our projects. We have a stringent safety, health and environment control system in place which
is implemented, monitored and enforced by our management team.
Our environmental focus favours sustainable development with an eye on the upcoming generations.
We recognize our responsibility to protect and enhance the environment in which we operate and
take pride in selective use of environmentally friendly products / materials;eg. “Green Lighting”.
Also a due diligence in undertaking environmental impact assessment where necessary is assured in
support of our safety policy.
As part of our efforts at managing the occupational health of our employees, we provide personal
protective equipment for all our staff; specific to each project and a comprehensive, fully equipped
“First Aid” system is established on all our sites; manned by our trained personnel. Housekeeping; a
thoroughly clean environment is also ensured by our competent cleaning partner.
The policies, system responsibilities and authorities as defined in the safety, health and environment
manual of our CLIENT(s) shall be effective & binding on all HIE personnel.

QA/QC Policy
HAZEL’S INTERIEURS ENT. (HI) places a very high premium on Quality Assurance as a
prerequisite factor in the achievement of efficient and sustainable services for maximum Client
satisfaction. This is achieved by our quality management system (QMS).
Our assurance of quality embraces a policy of managing operations to standards that outstrip
contractual obligations. This is established by defining in conjunction with the Client, the quality
objectives to be achieved.
Methods, procedures and inputs required to achieve the defined quality objectives are then
developed. In addition, techniques and guide lines are formulated, to monitor and evaluate all
activities, to achieve the project objectives.
We create a quality assurance / quality control (QA/QS) awareness method in all levels of our
operations, maintaining all QA/QS mandatory requirements as defined by the Client. These shall
be effective and binding on all our employees, as they are responsible for providing quality
services and products.

Purchasing Policy
HAZEL’S INTERIEURS ENT. (HI) believes in staying at the leading edge of purchasing / supply
chain management and committed to providing its CLIENT(s) with services that meets the
required standard of quality on the scheduled time frame.
This policy is the direct concern of all employees. In implementing this policy, all systems and
procedures are regularly reviewed to ensure that standards are being maintained.
Our objectives would be achieved through working closely with our CLIENT(s) manufacturers
and wholesalers to manage the supply chain effectively; establishing optimal agreements with
manufacturers and wholesalers that best fits our CLIENT(s) strategic needs, benchmarking and
appraising all manufacturers and wholesalers periodically- in particular those with preferred
status- and ensure tendering processes are consistent with the purchasing policy.
Compliance and observance of our purchasing standards will be monitored by our project
supervisors at all times.
