What is One District, One Book?
One District
Reading One Book Together
Families will read aloud
together…
For 15 minutes every night.
All Elementary School Families in
Verona will follow a calendar and read
the same chapter on the same night.
Each day in school, we will talk about
what you read the night before.
Each night, visit our One District, One
Book website and participate in the
nightly blog post.
While we read, we will be learning
about knights, castles, dragons
and
The Middle Ages
When we are finished reading, the fun
is not over.
Each school will participate in a Renaissance
Faire, presented by the NJ Renaissance
Faire actors. We will bring Verona back to
the time of knights, castles, and dragons.
