This classification includes those vehicles with mobile cascade systems having a minimum of 4 bottles of 4500 psi or greater and/or mobile units having mobile compressors.

Minimum staffing of 1 person.

Incidents of long duration where sufficient equipment is on scene may lead to requests for personnel only .
