issue at the worksite for example, …..speed in shucking
oysters is at 25% of his coworkers average speed

The job requires … to check emails daily which requires full
assistance as he has limited literacy.
Self esteem
…. will not respond to colleagues at work when they speak to
him which appears to be due to his low self esteem, this has
impacted on his ability to form friendships and generate
natural coworker support in the workplace
