Business Interoperability Interfaces for public procurement in Europe (CEN WS/BII)

Exists as a Workshop of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN)
workshop agreements among participants are key deliverables; following
principles of transparency, openness, coherence and consensus

Puts EU policies into action – focusing on unity within diversity
latest developments such as European Directive on e-procurement
3.
Supports the single market in Europe – in a global marketplace
lowering procurement costs involves national, regional and global
considerations, e.g., goods, prices, procedures, law, regulations, taxes
