Conclusion
The Police Division has developed this new
assessment procedure in order to assist UN Member
States to meet the challenge of seconding
individual police officers who have the required
skills to implement the increasingly complex
mandates of UN missions effectively
The procedure does not apply to the selection of
FPUs or police officers on UN contracts.
