Several factors affect project eligibility, including size of airport, specific type of facility, location, planning and design standards, Part 139 certification requirements and specific category of AIP funding requested. See FAA Order 5100.38C (“AIP Handbook”) for further information, procedural requirements, obligations and limitations.
