Goal 1: Empower All Students to Succeed

 Increase participation in student success initiatives through strengthened developmental, underprepared, and at risk student programs.

 Enhance assessment of student learning outcomes and align with program review in and out of the classroom programs, services, and courses to improve students learning.

 Increase the completion of ALL students through the development of comprehensive programs and services that support access, pathways, success.

Goal 2: Engage and Invest in Community

 Cultivate partnerships and relationships that support student success, access, and the college mission that meet community needs and raise the college profile.

 Expand programs and services in response to the changing demographics and needs of the community.

 Expand collaborations with and outreach to the community in support of positive social change and civic engagement opportunities for students and employees.

 Integrate diversity and inclusion strategies to enrich student and employee learning and success.

 Increase employee effectiveness by expanding professional development programs and participation in performance evaluation in support of employee and organizational learning.

 Develop (enhance/expand) strategies and processes that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the college's facilities and resources (human and capital).
