SUDOS-mini 2 level gauge
SUDOS mini 2 level gauge is designed for realtime monitoring of the
fluid level in oil producing wells. The level gauge monitors the static
and dynamic level, records level curves, automatically records gas
pressure in the annulus at thewellhead.
SUDOS-automat 2 level gauge
SUDOS automat 2 level gauge is designed for automatic control of
the fluid level in oil producing wells. The level gauge monitors the
static and dynamic level, records level curves, automatically records
gas pressure in the annulus at the wellhead. The tool is extremely
useful for performing automated pressure transient tests or
timeconsuming level monitoring when the well is out to the operating
regime.
SIDDOS-automat dynamometer
SIDDOS automat dynamometer is designed for complex monitoring
of sucker rod pump units with two clamp bridle. The tool performs
automatic single and repeated recording of load and position
dynamograms while the pump is operating or being put to the
working regime, as well as monitors leaks during the static state of
the pump using the 'loss line' technique.
ELEKTON
ELEKTON is the biggest Russian producer of electrical systems
and electronic devices for optimization of processes in oil
production including and :
• Switchboards for ESP, SRP and PCP
• Variable Speed Drive
• Down Hole & Surface Gauges
ELEKTON Switchboards of various modifications are operating successfully in such
oil companies, as Yukos, Sibneft, LUKoil, TNK, Slavneft, Bashneft and Rosneft in
Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, as well as companies in Indonesia, India,
Libya, Oman.
ELEKTON-04 Switchboards is the most simple and cheap way to ensure
protection for your Electrical Submersible Pump or Sucker-Rod Pump
Switchboard ELEKTON-04
ELEKTON-05 Switchboard with VSD (Variable Speed Drive) let you not only
protect but also adjust the performance of ESP to the best efficient way.
Variable speed drive. Switchboard ELEKTON-05
ELEKTON-07 Switchboard with Soft Start is designed for control and
protection of ESP motor.
ELEKTON-07
ELEKTON-06 Switchboards are specially designed for control and
protection of sucker-rod pumps (SRP), conventional pumping unit and its
gear (three-phase asynchronous motor) for oil production.
Switchboard ELEKTON-06
Down Hole Gauge ELEKTON-TMS-2 is designed for monitoring of
downhole and wellhead parameters. Control systems consist of a
controller installed in the switchboard, wellhead sensors (to control
wellhead parameters) and downhole sensor.
ELEKTON multi-channel down-hole sensor monitors the down-hole
data including pump intake pressure, motor oil pressure, motor
temperature and vibration.

Submersible Progressing Cavity Pump
Through Tubing Conveyed Submersible Progressing Cavity Pump
(SPCP) is intended for viscous high gas factor oil recovery in marginal
wells with minimum internal casing string size of 122 mm.
Pumping unit consists of going-in with oil-well tubing submersible fourpole electric motor with power cable, starting clutch, seal section,
base coupling and intake receptacle.
Assembling and disassembling of SPCP is carried out through oil-well
tubing with borehole cable of geodesic elevator. The SPCP includes
two working screw gages (left and right), gear box with axial and radial
bearings, tubing anchor/packoff. Rotation is transmitted from gear box
to screw gages via flexshaft.

KORVET
KORVET is the most dynamic Russian manufacturer of Wellheads, X-mas trees, valves,
manifolds and pipeline equipment.
KORVET equipment meets API Spec 6A and 6D requirements and since 1997 has been
produced with API monogram.
KORVET is certified for ISO 9001:2000 standard.
X-MASS TREES
KORVET produces any scheme of tree,
resulting of combining blocks valves,
chokes, crosses and so on. WP is up to
10 000 psi. H2S and CO2 concentration is
up to 6%.
WELLHEADS
KORVET produces wide range of wellhead equipment for surface
applications.
Safety requirements, robustness and cost effectiveness are most
considering goals for KORVET. Rig time savings were also a strong
consideration taken into account.
Certified for API6A.
CHECK VALVES
Swing-type and spring-type check valves are designed to cut off back flow of
operating medium in pipelines. Sealing surfaces are made of stainless steels.
Casted or forged body. Flanged and weld connections available.
WP in range 6-250 bar.
BALL VALVES
Ball valves are designed to control pipelines with natural gas, oil, oil
products and other non-agressive fluids.
They are reliable, of simple design, easy to mount and to operate,
compact and light.
The valve design (the body with seats and a ball is disposed between two
flanges and tightened with studs) ensures disassembly of the valve without
cutting pipelines. It is very convenient for monitoring and running repair.
Ball valves are available manually operated, including for underground
application and with electric or pneumatic actuators.
MANIFOLDS
Manifolds are designed for controlling and distributing gas or fluids flow to collector. Manifolds
are delivered as a set of units such a valves, fittings, check valves, chokes and so on. Any unit
fulfils some technological operations. Manifolds and technological equipment are
manufactured according to the requirements of Elaboration Institute and State Technical
Inspection.

PDN-44-1200 PUMP
The PDN-44-1200 is a tubing sucker-rod pump with
plunger-diaphragm chambers designed for pumping
wellbore fluids containing high amounts of mechanical
impurities. The PDN-44-1200 is patented (PCT numbers
WO 99/04166, WO 9915791A1) and has been proven
successful in Russian oil field operations. The pump
possesses the simplicity of a plunger-type pump with the
heavy oil pumping capabilities of progressive cavity type
pumps. Well operators should find that the PDN-441200 pump will reduce their operating costs and
downtime significantly.

ADVANTAGES
The PDN-44-1200 was designed to provide the heavy, abrasive oil lifting
capabilities of the progressive cavity pumps with the simplicity and dependability
of conventional plunger type pumps. This design principal provides the following
advantages:
·
The PDN is powered by a conventional beam pump jack that is less costly and
more reliable than surface hydraulic power units.
·
The PDN has been shown to pump heavy, viscous oil that conventional plunger
pumps were not able to lift.
·
The PDN has been shown to operate for one full year without any needed repairs.
This time frame is two to four times longer than progressive cavity pumps.
·
When repairs are needed, the PDN only requires a few inexpensive replacement
parts. Progressive cavity pumps require the replacement of the rotor and stator which is
almost as expensive as a new pump.
·
The PDN generates a high amount of suction turbulence at the pump suction area.
This turbulence prevents sand buildup thereby eliminating the problem of suction
blockage.
·
The cost of the PDN is less than a comparably sized progressive cavity pump.
