General objective:
 Joint development of human resources in the field of
healthcare trough cross-border cooperation between
institutions
Specific objectives:
 Increasing the quality of healthcare services, through
joint training of the medical personnel
 Improved access for patients to new medical services
offered as a result of the skills development of medical
staff to use modern methods of diagnosis and
treatment of female infertility

Conclusions
 Thanks to this project, the number of endoscopic
interventions in the two hospitals has increased by
about 50%
 Implementation of the project has helped to
streamline medical care by reducing the hospitalization
period by using endoscopy as a method of diagnosis
and treatment
Conclusions
 Furthers needed the development of health
infrastructure and increasing training of medical staff to
deal with the new technologies introduced and new
trends in health care
 Thanks to this project, was formed a joint medical
team, Romanian-Hungarian, able to develop and
implement new cross-border projects to improve the
health of the population in the border region
